If you want to transfer the domain to your google workspace you need an admin account of the domain that you want to transfer. The following article illustrates how you can obtain token and start transferring the domain. You can use the below steps.

Visit below URL and login with your Super Admin account at Google Workspace. http://admin.google.com/TransferToken

Put Reseller Identifier received from your Reseller. If you are a reseller and transfer a customer then can go to “Partner Sales Console” > Settings > Account Information.

Enter information and Confirm Reseller Identifier

Verify the Reseller Domain and Business Name, then Generate Transfer Token

Now provide this Token information to your reseller or if you are transferring a customer then login to your Reseller Portal and Create Customer.

Enter License Cap and select “Complete Transfer.
